I recently completed an end-to-end manual test cycle for the SauceDemo web application, from test planning through test-case execution, Jira defect reporting, and a final release recommendation.

I designed and ran six test cases across login, product lists, product pages, and carts, identifying three defects and documenting reproducible evidence, severity rationale, screenshots, and recordings. I also checked a defect across all six products to report the full pattern rather than a single example.

Before moving into QA, I spent more than 13 years in Kosovo’s public sector verifying payments, transactions, reports, and financial documentation against legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements. At the Ministry of Digitalization and Public Administration, I used KFMIS daily to validate system outputs, report errors, and verify corrections after fixes.

I’m an ISTQB CTFL v4.0 certified manual tester bringing structured investigation, risk-based prioritisation, traceable documentation, and compliance-focused quality checks to software teams.
