At IT-One Tecnologia da Informação, I lead Oracle and SQL Server DBA teams and personally execute migrations for critical client environments. Since 2019, my work has covered more than 250 databases across public and private sector engagements.
For a private hospital network in 2026, I migrated 60+ database environments totaling 80+ TB to Oracle Engineered Systems, with maximum cutover downtime of one hour per database and no increase in Oracle licensing cost. For a health insurance provider, I migrated about 20 databases to Exadata using Data Guard and GoldenGate, and dynamic CPU allocation reduced licensed CPU usage by 30%+ during off-peak hours.
Earlier, at O2 Sistemas and across consulting work from 2008 to 2017, I worked on Oracle Exadata, Solaris, Oracle VM, enterprise storage, and infrastructure migrations. My certifications include Oracle Database, Exadata, GoldenGate, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
