Courtney Phillips

I’m a Registered Nurse with critical care experience across Medical ICU, Burn ICU, and Cardiac Critical Care at a Level I Trauma Center. I bring strong clinical assessment, monitoring, and evidence-based patient care to high-acuity environments.

In the Cardiac Critical Care Unit, I monitor cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain detailed documentation that supports patient progression and continuity of care. I’m especially skilled in rapid changes and complex care plans.

In the Medical ICU, I manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced cardiac support, while completing accurate documentation of assessments, procedures, and medication administration. I also serve in leadership roles including preceptor, charge nurse, and rapid response support.

From the Burn ICU, I delivered nursing care for severe burn injuries and trauma-related conditions, including ventilation status monitoring, vital signs and pain control, and extensive wound care. I’m now seeking to transition into Utilization Review RN, where my clinical judgment, communication, and documentation expertise can support appropriate resource utilization and strong outcomes.
