What I'm looking for

I'm looking to develop manufacturable products from concept through prototyping and production, combining CAD, DFM, visualization, supplier coordination, and additive manufacturing workflows.

At Gear Grill, I led 3D CAD development and technical detailing for premium automated grills, taking concepts through DFM, prototyping, manufacturing support, and product validation.

I design assemblies in stainless steel and engineering polymers, build 3D printing workflows for fixtures and rapid prototypes, and create photorealistic commercial renderings in 3ds Max. I also bridge production teams, suppliers, and equipment partners in Portuguese, Spanish, and English to support cost-effective implementation.

Previously, I developed modular-structure models and technical visualizations at Acero Steelframe, while supporting on-site installation and real-time constructibility decisions.
