Director-track FP&A leader translating complex finance into executive insights for capital allocation and accountability.

United States
Message

I’m a Director-track finance professional known for turning complex financial data into executive-level insights that drive capital allocation, profitability, and operational accountability. I lead strategic FP&A, capital planning, and ROIC-focused modeling to help leadership make faster, better decisions.

In my current role, I lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for a large operating organization, partnering directly with the CEO, CFO, and Board on monthly performance reviews. I deliver scenario analysis and forward-looking insights that strengthen strategic decision-making and speed up board approval on capital initiatives.

I’ve built and improved financial models that prioritize ROIC and translate business development and capital investments into clear, decision-ready outputs. I also drive financial systems modernization—transitioning from SAP BPC to OneStream—to shorten close cycles and enable near real-time executive dashboards.

I’m equally focused on operational accountability: I’ve rebuilt capital project tracking frameworks for forward-looking visibility and embedded operational KPIs into site-level variance reporting. I’m committed to process modernization, thoughtful automation, and team leadership, and I’m currently a CPA candidate (exam in progress).
