At Active Concepts S.r.l., I’m responsible for the company Quality System and coordinate Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities. I directly manage the chemical and microbiological laboratories.
I manage non-conformities, deviations, customer and supplier complaints, and CAPA, and coordinate internal, customer and supplier audits. I also work with Production, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and R&D on quality KPIs and continuous improvement.
At Egidio Galbani in Giussago, I optimized and managed the chemical and microbiological laboratory’s human and instrumental resources. I applied analytical methods in line with control plans and supported the Quality and Production departments with product data.
Earlier at Egidio Galbani in Corteolona, I supported certification and audit preparation, monitored raw materials and packaging, and performed chemical and microbiological analyses on food matrices. During my internship at Policlinico P. Giaccone University Hospital, I worked in the Quality Control and Chemical Risk Laboratory and used HPLC and immunofluorescence techniques.
