Ciara Miranda

I am a versatile project coordinator and clinical phlebotomist with extensive hands-on laboratory and mobile-collection experience. I have performed high-volume draws and specialty venipuncture for pediatric, geriatric, special-needs, and high-profile patients.

At clinical sites and in field settings, I processed and accessioned dozens of samples daily, coordinated clinical studies, and maintained chain-of-custody and sample integrity. I have led large phlebotomy events serving 300–500 patients and trained new phlebotomists in procedures and protocols.

As a Bauman College graduate in holistic nutrition, I provide nutrition consulting, teach classes, and run food demonstrations, blending clinical insight with wellness education. I also bring strong administrative and technical skills, including EPIC/EMR, Microsoft Office, scheduling, and inventory management.

In my current project coordinator role I support cross-functional teams, vendor coordination, and procurement while ensuring attention to detail and client expectations. I look for roles that combine clinical operations, patient-centered service, and project administration to deliver reliable results.
