I’m looking to lead high-impact legal and policy work—driving M&A diligence, fintech governance, and regulatory strategy—partnering with C-suite and government to turn complex risk into clear, actionable decisions.

I’m a Nigerian-qualified legal practitioner with 15 years of experience across law-firm practice, in-house legal leadership, government advisory, and corporate transactions. I co-founded and serve as Chief Legal Officer of GIGX Technologies, where I lead legal workstreams for secure cross-border payments and remittances.

I’m known for turning complex legal issues into clear, structured recommendations—especially for boards, C-suite executives, and senior public officials. I’ve led M&A and transaction due diligence, reviewed and negotiated commercial agreements and transaction documents, and advised on regulatory, governance, and implementation risk.

In government relations, I’ve served as a Special Assistant (Legal Affairs) to the Honourable Minister at the Federal Ministry of Solid Minerals Development, contributing to technical working groups and legislative submissions.
