What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead day-to-day operations, keep systems like SAP accurate, and improve logistics and stock workflow. I want a team that supports training, clear standards, and fast, practical problem-solving.

I’m a Stock Executive with 6 years’ experience at AAM (Toyota-Qatar) and previous work with the AAM-CPOV Department. In my current acting role, I receive and transfer vehicles, manage daily vehicle handling and stock movement, and coordinate dispatches to garages for reconditioning and repairs.

I focus on operational accuracy and smooth handovers—creating and closing gate passes, updating vehicle movement records in SAP, and maintaining accurate vehicle locations. I also coordinate vehicle movements and driver activities for efficient logistics, support FAHES (reg card renewal) processes, and ensure compliance with company standards under pressure.

My leadership background includes Security Shift Lead experience (CCTV monitoring, access control, duty rosters, and emergency mock drills) and Warehouse Team Leader/Quality Controller Helper experience (inventory control, safety, receiving, picking/packing, and performance tracking). I’m actively working to expand my knowledge in this challenging world while applying strong communication, conflict resolution, and independent decision-making.
