What I'm looking for

I'm seeking audit and assurance work where I can lead engagement planning, testing, financial statement review, and risk assessment for complex clients while continuing to build specialized accounting knowledge and progress toward CPA licensure.

At Novogradac & Company, I've completed more than 285 audits across three busy seasons, supporting audit and assurance engagements from planning and fieldwork through testing, documentation, and financial statement review. I work with complex New Markets Tax Credit, Opportunity Zone, Historic Tax Credit, and nonprofit client structures.

Previously at Redwitz, I supported 40+ audit engagements, including audits, reviews, and compilations, while identifying risks, evaluating internal controls, and preparing financial statements and management reports.

My accounting foundation includes managing general ledger and revenue activities at Curative in a high-growth environment with approximately $2 billion in 2021 revenue, maintaining a consolidated trial balance across 19+ subsidiaries, and coordinating external audit support with KPMG. I'm preparing for the CPA Exam and bring an MBA in Sustainability/Accounting alongside strong Excel and bilingual Spanish-English communication skills.
