At Zuper Soft Solutions, I lead finance and administration operations for India and US entities, partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational decisions.
I've recovered more than ₹3 Crores in GST refunds, managed an annual operating budget of approximately ₹15 Million, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, payroll, compliance, audits, and financial reporting. I also lead a 15-member cross-functional team with three direct reports.
Beyond finance, I've negotiated a 375-seat office expansion, delivered workplace readiness across two locations, and managed procurement, vendor contracts, and more than 70 software subscriptions. As POSH Committee Head, I also manage employee insurance programs and daily workplace operations.
Previously at Beep Experience Management, I managed AP, AR, GL, payroll, taxation, budgeting, reporting, and project costing while strengthening internal controls and statutory compliance.
