I’m looking for a role that blends my nursing expertise with clinical research recruitment—where I can optimize patient engagement, support safe patient-centered care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve enrollment and health outcomes.

I’m a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse, Midwife, and Public Health Nurse with over 5 years of diverse experience across critical care, maternal and newborn health, community health, oncology, and preventive care. I bring hands-on clinical judgment and patient education to every setting—ward, ICU, theatre, and community outreach.

In my current role as a Patient Recruitment/Retention Specialist, I support trial-specific recruitment and retention strategies with cross-functional study teams. I help build indication-level recruitment plans, develop recruitment-focused materials (presentations, educational content, newsletters, and study communications), and provide remote and on-site support to optimize enrollment timelines.

Earlier, at Reliance Health, I delivered patient-centered nursing support and health coaching through virtual and in-person care. I conducted triage and health assessments, built individualized care plans, performed procedures including phlebotomy and specimen collection, and documented accurately in electronic medical records while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Across my nursing experience—from neurosurgical ICU care to antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, neonatal, and reproductive health—I’ve consistently prioritized safe, evidence-based practice, infection prevention and control, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
