At Qualesce India Private Limited, I’m building SyndicationX, a real estate syndication platform for managing investors, deals, and capital distributions. I developed an eSign module for investors to review and sign deal documents, and I’m implementing distribution workflows and automated investor updates.

I built AI EVAL, a marketplace for AI buyers and vendors, using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express. I designed its PostgreSQL data models with Drizzle ORM and added type-safe validation with Zod.

I also built HR Bot and BlogBuddy, RAG chatbots using the MERN stack, OpenAI API, and Pinecone to answer HR and internal-document questions. My other work includes an analytics dashboard MVP, a referral portal, and a CRM platform.
