At SYNLAB Nigeria, I run and monitor automated immunoassay platforms in the Chemical Pathology / Immunoassay Section and review laboratory data to support quality control and reliable reporting. I also participate in External Quality Assessment programmes.
I designed and delivered clinical laboratory and departmental education presentations, including a company-wide seminar on self-medication with antibiotics and its public health implications. For a SYNLAB Nigeria business management course project, I analysed customer complaint patterns and proposed practical service improvements.
