I’m looking to lead product and Agile delivery for enterprise platforms, translating complex business needs into high-quality backlogs, releases, and customer-facing outcomes.

At Epsilon, I lead business analysis for Wells Fargo’s custom loyalty platform, overseeing 1,000+ user stories, quarterly releases, UAT cycles, and production defect resolution for a customer base of 400,000+.

I previously led BSA work for Bank of America’s ATLAS CRM solution, translating data-enrichment and campaign requirements into actionable deliverables while coordinating stakeholders and technology teams.
