What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue managing international trademark prosecution and global portfolios, with a focus on Madrid Protocol, EU/international formalities, cross-border coordination, and end-to-end client support.

At Anand and Anand Advocates, I support the Head of the Trade Marks Department on multi-jurisdictional trademark prosecution, foreign filings, and Madrid Protocol applications. I manage global portfolios end-to-end, including international designations, provisional refusals, renewals, oppositions, portfolio reporting, and cross-border compliance.

Across Anand and Anand, Ranjan Narula Associates, and Inttl Advocare, I've handled trademark searches, filing strategy, examination responses, recordals, cease-and-desist correspondence, dispute support, and deadline tracking for clients across Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, the USA, Canada, and Bhutan. I've also supported UK legal case management using LEAP, Wrike, and Xero while continuing my WIPO and EUIPO professional development.
