Charles Karukongo

I’m a motivated individual with strong communication, customer service, and computer skills. I’m adaptable and eager to learn in any work environment, and I’m ready to relocate and work in remote areas when the opportunity arises.

In my recent role as an Assistant at Divine Academy, I assisted kindergarten teachers with classroom management, learning activities, and supervision. I helped ensure learning time stayed organized and that children were properly supported throughout daily activities.

I also assisted with school-related errands, which strengthened my problem skills. Because I had to make decisions that affected the school—rightfully on request of management—I learned how to stay reliable, careful, and responsive under changing needs.

I’m good at communication because I listen actively and adapt my style depending on who I’m talking to. Whether explaining ideas, working in a team, or handling difficult conversations, I focus on clarity and cooperation, and I’m fluent in Otjiherero, English, and Afrikaans.
