What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting hotel finance operations in a role focused on accounts payable, cash management, reconciliations, supplier payments and month-end support.

I've supported hotel finance operations at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch, covering accounts payable, cash management, billing and credit control.

At Four Seasons, I process 100–200 supplier invoices weekly through BirchStreet, complete daily bank, cash and petty-cash reconciliations, and support supplier payment runs of £300,000–£500,000. I also work with Purchasing, Receiving and operational teams to resolve discrepancies and support month-end and audit requests.

Across two busy London hotels, I managed daily cash and income activity, raised invoices, allocated payments, monitored aged debt and handled event billing, commissions and account adjustments.
