I seek a finance role where I can lead reconciliations and R2R processes, improve controls and processes, mentor a team, and support accurate, timely financial reporting in a collaborative environment.

I am a results-driven accounting professional with over 10 years of experience specializing in end-to-end Record to Report, reconciliations, IND/US GAAP reporting, and month-end and year-end close processes. I consistently deliver accurate financial statements, variance analysis, and robust control documentation.

In my current role as Senior Process Specialist I lead and mentor an 8-member team, manage multi-client reconciliations, handle new client transitions, and support audits by preparing reconciliation schedules and workpapers. I drive process standardization, prepare budgets and forecasts, and ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory frameworks.

I bring strong technical skills in advanced Excel and multiple ERPs (TallyERP9, FMS Vision, Focus) combined with a practical, team-oriented leadership style that focuses on quality, timely delivery, and continuous improvement.
