I am a pharmacy and supply chain leader with 15 years of hands-on experience managing pharmacy operations, stores, purchasing and inventory across NABH- and JCI-accredited hospitals. I have led teams of 40–50 staff, implemented SOPs (Near Expiry, Narcotics, LASA, chemo, emergency drugs), and driven improvements in inventory control, procurement and customer satisfaction.

My career includes managerial roles at multi-specialty hospitals such as Graphic Era Hospital, VIMS, Apollo and others, where I oversaw OP/IP/OT pharmacy functions, vendor and narcotics compliance, automated inventory systems and cross-department coordination.
