At Wejoy Phonefix Pvt. Ltd., I audited the RMM International Academy e-learning app and found usability friction in navigation, content organisation and visual hierarchy. I restructured the information architecture and redesigned flows for course discovery, lecture browsing, community and store.
I also created wireframes, high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes that kept the app’s existing brand identity. For my Campus CMSNIFT App redesign, I interviewed and surveyed students, then redesigned the attendance section so they could submit and track a modification request in the app.
