What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design user-centered digital experiences where I can apply research, prototyping, usability testing, and iterative feedback to improve real user journeys.

I've designed customer-support chatbot experiences at Sunvarun | Next Gen Solution through a university-industry research internship with USIM Malaysia. I translated user research into conversational flows, wireframes, and interactive Figma prototypes.

I ran usability testing and iterated flow structure, wording, navigation, and error-handling states based on qualitative feedback. As a freelance UI/UX designer for Harkeswanen, I also created website layouts and improved visual consistency and user flows.

My work includes an inclusive food-allergy recipe app UX case study and peer-reviewed IEEE Xplore research on sustainable UX design, evaluating front-end techniques for improved performance and energy efficiency.
