At the Centro de Coordinación del Convenio de Basilea, I coordinated a project to promote the minimization of plastic waste generation in Peru, working on project management and monitoring and evaluation. Before that, I worked as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist on Tetra Tech’s USAID-funded Ciudades Limpias Océano Azul program.
Across environmental and development projects, I’ve monitored technical and financial progress, reviewed information, analyzed results, and prepared reports for different stakeholders. My 12 years of experience in MEL, project management, and environmental management have focused on turning reliable data into useful evidence for decisions and program improvement.
Earlier, I worked on environmental projects and sanitation technologies at Gestión de Servicios Ambientales – DISAL, and taught environmental engineering at UNTELS and Universidad Agraria Nacional La Molina. My work has also included project monitoring for public institutions and development organizations, as well as research on portable toilets as a platform for health surveillance.
