What I'm looking for

I seek challenging criminal defence work with opportunities for appellate advocacy, complex trials, professional development, and a collaborative chambers culture.

I am a criminal defence barrister called to the Bar of England and Wales in November 2015, specialising in serious financial crime, sexual offences, drugs and violence. I have developed a busy independent practice, regularly appearing in the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal, and have secured successful sentence appeal outcomes in [2023] EWCA Crim 41 and [2022] EWCA Crim 1901 with commendation for persuasive submissions.

My background includes tenancy at boutique and leading London chambers, experience as a legal assistant to King’s Counsel, and multiple academic scholarships and awards. I bring exceptional interpersonal, research and advocacy skills, calmness under pressure, and a strong public access practice supported by a trusted solicitor network.
