I’m a strategic finance professional (ACCA) currently serving as Assistant Finance Manager at Swaziland Milling, where I lead the full finance function alongside the Finance Director to ensure governance, compliance, and accurate, timely executive reporting. I oversee a team of eight staff, partnering across Operations, Inventory, Sales, HR, and IT to deliver data-led decisions that improve operational and commercial performance.

Previously, as Financial Accountant (2019–2025) and Acting Finance Manager during the Financial Director’s absence, I strengthened internal control policies, improved audit readiness and reporting turnaround time, and built KPI reporting frameworks that made performance visible and actionable. I own key parts of the month-end close process (journal entries, financing entries, recurring depreciation, and standard cost adjustments), lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to safeguard liquidity, and provide scenario analysis and cost assessments that support executive decision-making. I also deepen profitability and working capital focus—especially inventory and receivables—while partnering with Operations on production cost variances and with Inventory and Sales to ensure stock valuation accuracy, debtor management, and sound margin decisions.
