At International Motors, I designed and redesigned commercial vehicle frame components and structural systems, supporting product development, manufacturing requirements, cost reduction, and vehicle launches.
I owned frame piercing across 20+ truck configurations, managing 200–300+ precision mounting holes per configuration. I resolved 30+ manufacturing and production issues through real-time engineering decisions, including hole modifications, slot additions, component substitutions, and installation changes.
I led Frame engineering activities for the E82 vehicle program, coordinating up to 9 Frame engineers and 200+ cross-functional partners. I use Siemens NX, Teamcenter, GD&T, DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing support experience to take components from concept through engineering release and production readiness.
