At FGR-CFIC, I coordinated teams across databases, systems, infrastructure, information security, and data centers. I managed technology modernization and information security projects, and audited contracts, KPIs, SLAs, and technical teams.
Earlier at FGR-CFIC, I supervised cybersecurity incidents, audits, policies, and projects, and managed implementation of the system, controls, audits, and ISO 27001 certification process. I also optimized the implementation of CFIC Desk to improve service efficiency, traceability, and quality.
At FGR-CENAPI, I resolved Level I and II reports and operated Cisco firewalls, Symantec Proxy, Forcepoint, and endpoint antivirus. My work has also included security management at CENAPI-FGR and supervising service center operations at MercadoLibre's Cuautitlán distribution center.
