Caitlin Monepe

I’m an enthusiastic, compassionate, and purpose-driven qualified Primary School Educator with a Diploma in Primary Education from Serowe College of Education. I’m passionate about shaping young minds through inclusive and engaging educational experiences, bringing energy, patience, and strong responsibility into every classroom.

My teaching practice experience spans multiple primary levels, where I independently conducted lessons under supervision and delivered learner-centered instruction across core subjects. I use assessment and feedback techniques to monitor learner progress, apply differentiated instruction to support different learning needs, and keep learners engaged through creative activities.

I also strengthen foundational classroom routines by collaborating with lead teachers—assisting with class management, supporting learners during activities, and reinforcing content through games and storytelling. I’m committed to continuous professional development and creating safe, inclusive learning environments where every child’s potential is unlocked.
