I’m a surgical-focused veterinary technician who takes pride in preparing for procedures, administering medications accurately, and maintaining a truly sterile, controlled environment. From organizing surgical orders and discharge paperwork to keeping controlled drug logs, I aim for safety and consistency at every step.

In my Lead Surgical Technician role, I assist with life-saving drugs in medical emergencies, support restraint and intubation for cats and dogs, and help run diagnostic bloodwork while following doctor orders precisely. I also answer the emergency line and advise pet owners before consulting the VMD assigned to the surgical day.

Prior to that, I worked as a Veterinary Assistant/Kennel Technician assisting with surgeries and closely monitoring patients during and after procedures. I’ve handled vaccinations, temperatures, nail trims, suture removal, blood draws, instrument sterilization, and client scheduling—always with empathy, especially during quality of life exams and euthanasia. Alongside my veterinary work, I’ve been an Owner/Baker since 2019, strengthening my reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
