What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my experience in investment analysis, strategic planning, ESG implementation, and capital raising to support business growth and investment decisions.

I'm supporting Strategy & Investments at Crystal Ventures Ltd., a Rwandan holding company investing across agro-processing, construction, and private security. I lead market research, investment monitoring, due diligence, and executive materials used in board and investment committee reviews.

I've led investment analysis for a $2M+ operational expansion at East African Granite Industries and support ESG strategy rollout across six portfolio companies.

Previously, at 3B Group of Hotels, I co-led a post-pandemic recovery strategy that delivered $1.4M in revenue, the chain's highest post-COVID earnings. I also built the business case and financial model that helped secure a $3.7M IFC expansion loan for growth into Akagera.

At BeneFactors, I helped design SME credit offerings and built research and investor materials that contributed to closing $400K in funding from NISK Capital and Seedstars.
