At Givaudan Sense Color Eswatini, I conduct quality control testing on raw materials and in-process samples, and inspect for defects at critical production checkpoints. I also maintain product labeling, lot coding, and laboratory traceability records.
I apply GMP, HACCP, and BRC principles in laboratory and production activities. I follow up on non-conformances and support Corrective and Preventive Actions to address root causes.
At Lactalis Eswatini, I performed microbiological and physicochemical testing on dairy products and used LIMS to track and document laboratory work. I also collected and handled samples according to laboratory specifications and chain-of-custody protocols.
As a Nutrition Intern at World Vision Eswatini, I conducted community nutritional assessments and facilitated IYCF counselling for caregivers. I managed nutrition surveillance data using KoBoToolbox and Excel, and contributed to food security assessments and donor reporting.
