At Biotech Dental, I built budgets and forecasts with sales and operations teams, then delivered monthly performance analysis with variance explanations and management recommendations. I developed a product-category cost allocation model that supported a repricing decision and added 3pp of gross margin year on year.
I also rebuilt the agent performance dashboard, cutting reporting preparation from 2 days to about 1.5 hours. Across client work at Acting Finance, I supported financial modelling behind a €2M financing round and process improvements that increased data accuracy, reduced reporting time, and saved €50K.
