At ENKA, I created coordination models for complex parts of Yandex Headquarters, including soffits, canopies, and facade elements. This work helped resolve design implementation issues between the PLP Architecture design team and subcontractors, achieving a 30% more time-efficient workflow.
I also coordinated facade, structural, and MEP projects with subcontractors and engineers using Revit and Navisworks. On the Multifunctional Medical Complex in Saint Petersburg, I developed facade and structural models for the design development phase.
Across projects including the Apple Bagdat Avenue Showroom and Ziraat Bank Guest House, I built detailed models and supported design coordination and documentation. My work spans BIM workflows, multidisciplinary coordination, and projects from concept design through detailed design.
