What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue developing in baseball through coaching, training coordination, and team-based roles where I can support player growth, apply strategy, and keep improving through constructive feedback.

I've coordinated baseball training sessions for children aged 6 to 12, supervising player development throughout the season and helping improve technical and tactical skills.

At Dominican Baseball Academy, I strengthened communication by working with coaches, teammates, and club staff. I've also adapted to different roles on the field, solved unexpected game situations, and made quick decisions under pressure.

I bring planning, organization, resilience, active listening, and a positive mindset to training and competition. I value constructive feedback and use it to keep improving my baseball skills.
