I am a dedicated and hard-working full-time carer currently working in a fast-paced nursing home for older adults with Dementia and various mental and physical disabilities. Since starting my career in May 2023, I have been committed to providing compassionate care and support to those in need. My educational background includes a WJEC Level 3 Certificate and Diploma in Health and Social Care, and I am currently pursuing my NVQ Level 2 qualification.
Throughout my experience at Newton Residential Care Home and Glanffrwd Care Home, I have developed strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. I take pride in promoting the independence and dignity of residents while ensuring their safety and well-being.
