At SOU, I built a Terraform platform for Azure and Entra ID that cut standard customer product provisioning from 20 hours to two across six customers.
I also led a FinOps assessment of a SaaS customer's Azure estate, driving a program that reached US$21k/month in reported savings. I designed a DevOps as a Service product and led an AKS upgrade program across customer clusters.
At SOU, I built infrastructure for a multi-agent pricing system and an OAuth-secured MCP server that gives agents per-user access to the company CRM. I also authored a GitHub Copilot governance standard and presented Agentic DevOps in a webinar co-hosted with Microsoft.
Previously, I built a Kubernetes-native observability platform at Vetta and moved Helm deployments to GitOps with ArgoCD. At Philips, I was one of two engineers who split a shared development environment into per-team environments, and I built CI/CD pipelines at Philips and IP5 Tecnologia.
