At ULTIMA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, I manage vulnerability remediation and patching governance across approximately 9,000 servers for a Magic Circle law firm. I maintained a 7-day patching SLA and delivered required zero-day and emergency updates within agreed timelines over a 16-month period.

At WW COMPUTERS, I redesigned and led the implementation of Intune MDM for a high-profile political organisation, alongside Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management controls. I also implemented Microsoft security protections for clients and supported incident response for compromised accounts, phishing and malware.

I helped build the cyber security department at WW COMPUTERS and later managed a security engineer as the team grew. I developed managed security services and delivered security audits and risk assessments across private, public-sector and political organisations.

Through ARTIFICIAL ARMOUR LTD, I provide Microsoft 365 security reviews and implementation across Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune and Microsoft Defender. I also support Cyber Essentials preparation, vulnerability remediation and incident response.
