I’m a high-impact technology leader and systems architect with cross-domain depth across healthcare, electronics/telecom, FMCG, and retail/SaaS. I focus on large-scale cloud-native transformation, enterprise systems integration, and zero-to-one product engineering—communicating fluently from engineers to Board & CXO leadership.

At Aster Digital Health, I’ve led cloud & infrastructure delivery across AWS services including EC2, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and IAM, while running AWS Well-Architected Reviews and VAPT. I’ve helped sustain 99%+ uptime over 15+ months by resolving 100+ critical vulnerabilities pre and post go-live, and I own security governance and compliance.

I spearheaded the end-to-end technical roadmap for a flagship digital-health super-app ecosystem—Aster Health, Care, and Doctor Connect—aligning architecture with platform needs for 20+ large-scale enterprises and startups. I designed integration and data pipelines across APIs, middleware, gateways, and ETL, including statistical modeling and applied platform architecture for real-time event services and unified HIS/LIS/RIS/PIS workflows.

I also drive measurable business outcomes through leadership in IT budget management, vendor negotiation, and change management. I directed architectural reviews and negotiations delivering ₹3 Cr+ ($360K+) in direct capital savings, while previously scaling platforms from 30 to 100+ team capacity and implementing sharding, ELK log management, and analytics to reduce critical service-query time from ~1 week to ~4 hours.
