I am a resourceful Supervising Manager who coordinates daily and weekly work schedules to ensure on-site activities meet major milestones and completion deadlines. I focus on the optimal use of resources—construction materials, heavy equipment, and labour—so work packages don’t bottleneck or conflict.

I oversee and supervise contractors and subcontractors, review and approve Method Statements, and ensure work is safe, efficient, and compliant with the plant design. I lead logistics for material delivery, handling, and storage, run Toolbox Talks (TBTs) and safety meetings, and manage high-risk activities using Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.

I bring a strong documentation and quality mindset through close work with the Quality Control team, ensuring installed works match engineering drawings and specifications. Earlier roles as a Classroom Teacher, a Sales Promoter, and an Intern in the Petroleum and Pollution Department strengthened my communication, adaptability, and ability to guide teams while resolving day-to-day challenges on-site.
