Avinash Ingle

I'm an Assistant Professor at G H Raisoni International Skill Tech University, where I teach Engineering Physics, Analog Electronics, Digital Electronics, and Forensic Physics. I also serve as Incharge HOD for the School of Science and support Ph.D. coordination.

I bring over seven years of undergraduate and postgraduate physics teaching experience, including Engineering Physics and Advanced Solid State Physics at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka. I've designed experiments and lab manuals, assessed student progress, and mentored students in projects, research, and competitive exams including IIT JAM, NET, and GATE.

My doctoral research at NIT Karnataka focused on rare-earth-doped borate and bioactive glasses, plasmonic metamaterials, and copper nanoparticle-embedded glasses for optical and biomedical applications. I use spectroscopy, thermal analysis, and structural characterization to study glass structure-property relationships.

Alongside academia, I work with Turing Enterprise as an AI Domain Expert, validating educational content and LLM outputs across physics and engineering. I've contributed to AI training data annotation, evaluation protocols, and rubrics that improve reasoning, step-by-step solutions, and pedagogical accuracy.
