At Blackbox GPS Technology Pvt. Ltd., I handled hardware bring-up on a GPS tracking board, debugging bus contention among GPS, GSM, power, and MCU peripherals communicating over UART.
I assembled and verified sensor connections, power regulation circuits, and communication interfaces on production PCBs under development. I also tested a solar-powered remote tracking unit for outdoor use, characterising its power budget with intermittent sunlight and battery-backed operation.
On my GPS-Based Vehicle Tracker project, I used an STM32F103 and NEO-8M to parse live latitude and longitude from raw NMEA sentences in Embedded C. I used interrupt-driven I/O to keep the GPS and GSM UART streams independent, while the SIM800L sent a Google Maps link by SMS on request.
For my High-Speed Pipelined MAC Accelerator project, I wrote an 8-bit, three-stage datapath in Verilog HDL. Static timing analysis in Vivado showed a post-synthesis clock roughly 1.8 times that of the unpipelined version, and a self-checking testbench caught a carry propagation bug.
