Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared Family Nurse Practitioner focused on patient-centered, evidence-based care.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared Family Nurse Practitioner with experience across clinical practice, academic support, and healthcare education. I focus on patient-centered primary and chronic care—especially for medically complex populations.
In my current role, I provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and longitudinal management across home-based settings. I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality outcomes and continuity of care, while also onboarding and mentoring clinicians to strengthen workflow adherence and documentation standards.
Previously, I delivered evidence-based primary care in a fast-paced outpatient environment and helped with clinic opening and operational readiness. I also ensured compliance with clinical guidelines and quality standards, supporting clinicians through onboarding and protocol/documentation training.
Before advancing to advanced practice, I served as a Registered Nurse in home health and in ICU/code roles, participating in ICU safety and quality improvement initiatives. I also bring teaching experience as a DNP clinical preceptor and as a graduate assistant fellow supporting evidence-based practice instruction and learner activities.
