I'm a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and information governance, where compliance, scale, and usability all have to work together.

My ECM roots are full-stack: at Hyland I worked primarily in .NET, building an email archiving solution — dealing with high-volume content capture, storage, retention, and retrieval at enterprise scale. That gave me a deep, practical understanding of how content lifecycle and governance actually work under real-world load.

What I work on:
• ECM platforms — content capture, archiving, metadata, document lifecycle
• Records governance — retention & disposition, audit, regulatory compliance
• AI agentic workflows — multi-step LLM agents for classification, extraction, summarization, and policy-aware automation

Engineering: Full-stack background in .NET (C#), now building enterprise frontends with Angular, TypeScript, NgRx and RxJS in a large-scale Nx monorepo — with a strong emphasis on maintainability, accessibility, and testability.
