At Sagar Defence Engineering Pvt. Ltd., I work on AWBS, USV, UAV, and confidential projects involving embedded electronics, firmware, sensors, system integration, and testing.
I developed Embedded C firmware on STM32 for peripherals, interrupts, ADC, state machines, and sensor interfaces. I also developed sensor-fusion and auto-detection logic with condition-based decision making, signal validation, and filtering.
My work includes integrating IMUs and pressure/depth sensors, developing electronics from component selection through PCB schematics, and carrying out PCB bring-up and hardware debugging. I also perform environmental and system-level testing of defence equipment and PCBs, analyse failures, and work on corrective actions.
As a Project Intern — Embedded IoT Systems at Digitech Engineers Pvt. Ltd., I built a real-time IoT access control and industrial monitoring system on ESP8266 with RS-232 communication. I also integrated Biomax biometric hardware with CIMCO MDC over Weigand protocol, handling firmware, debugging, and deployment end-to-end.
