I'm supporting IPCU’s approximately 300,000 m² Fatih Sultan Mehmet Training and Research Hospital Reconstruction Project through procurement and construction-stage coordination.
I prepare RFPs and ToRs, review technical specifications and BOQs, evaluate technical and financial proposals, and assess abnormally low tenders under IFI procedures. I also support FIDIC-based contract administration, progress monitoring, variations, claims, and contractual submissions.
My METU civil engineering background includes TÜBİTAK-funded research in robotic 3D concrete printing and earthquake performance of printed concrete elements, from parametric modelling and mixture optimization to laboratory testing.
