I lead NABH accreditation projects for hospitals and clinics as a NABH Consultant with Transform Hospitals, running gap analysis, SOP preparation, internal audits, and audit readiness. I’ve coordinated successful NABH accreditation for 4 hospitals/clinics and prepared quality manuals, policies, SOPs, and CAPA.
I also support quality systems through GMP documentation, internal audits, and SOP preparation from my time at Zota Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. There, I managed pharmaceutical operations like prescription review and patient counseling, and supported the Quality Control team in process validation and compliance reviews.
Alongside industry work, I’ve delivered 150+ staff training sessions and taught pharmacy students part-time at Pharmacy College, Dhule. I’ve also published and worked on formulation research, including an in-situ gel project using QbD principles.
