At Teleperformance, supporting Asian Paints, I governed Customer Master and Vendor Master data in SAP, including code creation and blocking or unblocking. I also maintained SVAT and VAT data to support accuracy and statutory compliance.
I managed Material Master operations, including batch management, inspection setup, storage updates, and material code description changes. I also handled the Material Tinting BOM process and SKY code creation to support production extension.
I resolved master data Incidents and Service Requests within SLA timelines and coordinated with global stakeholders. I used LSMW for high-volume bulk uploads supporting master data changes and migrations.
Earlier, I worked in credit operations at HDFC Bank Ltd. and coordinated records and documentation at Trig Group of Companies. I’m currently seeking a new SAP MDG/MDM opportunity.
