What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an agile team where I can own end-to-end QA, strengthen Selenium-based automation, and integrate testing into CI/CD. I want to mentor teammates, manage risk and release readiness, and deliver high-quality software under tight deadlines.

I’m a Software QA/Test Engineer with many years of experience in manual and automated testing across defense, intelligence, and financial systems. I focus on building reliable test coverage, preventing showstopper defects, and enabling faster, safer releases.

In my recent roles as Lead tester for high-profile DIA systems, I developed and maintained automated UI test scripts using Selenium WebDriver (Java) and executed suites across multiple browsers. I integrated Selenium tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and collaborated closely with functional leads and development engineers to resolve complex issues.

I create and maintain test scripts, test cases, and use cases to execute full life cycle testing, from understanding business requirements with stakeholders to documenting meeting minutes for PM review. I also handle defect tracking, risk management, test data preparation, and reporting—ensuring the team stays aligned on release readiness.

I bring leadership through mentoring junior team members, initiating process improvements, and spearheading defect management initiatives that reduced defect turnaround time. I’ve also supported automation and security scanning using tools like Jenkins and Fortify, and I hold an active TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance.
