At cBEYONData supporting the DOJ, I led SAC planning architecture for enterprise spend, headcount, and operational planning. I built planning models, Data Actions, Multi Actions, HANA calculation views, and Value Driver Trees that let users model real-time what-if scenarios.
At Bloomberg, I designed and implemented a custom Sales & Revenue Planning solution, including driver-based Gross Sales-to-Net Sales planning, expense allocations, currency conversion, and reconciliation controls across S/4HANA, BPC, and SAC. My controls achieved 100% alignment between accounting ledgers and FP&A dashboards.
I've also replaced manual Excel forecasting at Eli Lilly, delivered more than 180 BPC templates and financial reports for Hollister Pharmaceuticals, and cut Tory Burch data-load times from 45 minutes to 5 minutes. I stay hands-on through UAT, documentation, training, hypercare, and long-term adoption.
