What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build evidence-driven ML/data pipelines, apply cost-sensitive modeling, and validate data quality rigorously—partnering cross-functionally to turn insights into reliable decisions.

I’m a data science student with hands-on experience building end-to-end ML pipelines across telecom, retail, and supply chain domains. I work with an observe-first, hypothesis-driven mindset—validating every data decision with evidence before acting.

In my data science work, I go beyond model building to model reasoning: I tune ML thresholds using cost matrices, use SHAP TreeExplainer for per-prediction explainability, and apply SMOTE + permutation importance for justified feature decisions. I also actively catch data-quality issues others miss, like target-biased missingness, impossible records, and unjustified feature drops via AUC delta testing.

I’ve complemented my modeling with practical deployment and collaboration experience, including an AI/ML and DevOps-focused trainee internship using AWS (EC2, IAM, AWS CLI, boto3) and a project-lead role that included publishing a research paper and supporting a live web platform. I’m now looking to bring this evidence-first approach to real-world decision-making problems.
